Egypt In-Touch Assistance appointed as legal local administrative agent in Egypt for Europejskie Poland
As of 01-04-2011 Egypt In-Touch Assistance has been appointed as legal local administrative agent(TPA) in Egypt for Europejskie (Europäische Reiseversicherung) Poland; Part of the ERV-Group.
The mission for coming season 2011 is clear: by being local present, EIA has already in place the combination of the Network knowledge and full understanding of local customs and regulations. By going now one step further, and after the full implementation of a 24/7 Polish speaking Call Center Unit in Hurghada, our mission is to not only increase the customer service level towards the Polish tourists visiting Egypt, but at the same time by already taking control at the very beginning of the case process in the call center, decrease the claims ratio and overall cost-level for the Insurer.
EIA is looking forward to a long-lasting cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung Poland.
